Operator Safety & Interlocked Power Control

Each outlet station utilizes an industrial-grade safety switch mechanism. The mechanical interlock guarantees that a 32A plug cannot be inserted or extracted while the contacts are energized, mitigating accidental arc flash risks. Lockout/tagout (LOTO) provisions allow individual switches to be padlocked directly in the OFF position during routine maintenance.

Dedicated Circuit Protection

Housed behind a drip-shielded, gasketed stainless steel access panel, every outlet branch is paired with a dedicated UL 489 listed circuit breaker. Individual overcurrent protection isolates electrical faults to the affected container, preventing nuisance trips across adjacent bays and preserving cold-chain integrity.

Severe-Environment Protection

Fabricated from continuous-weld 304 or 316-grade stainless steel, all custom assemblies meet NEMA 4X and IP66 standards. They resist extreme salt-fog corrosion, high-pressure equipment washdowns, UV degradation, and wide ambient temperature fluctuations (-25°C to +40°C).
