Engineered for the demanding environments of refrigerated container yards, intermodal terminals, and port facilities, the 4-Gang Bunker Mount Reefer Outlet Assembly provides reliable, multi-station power in a compact footprint. Designed to mount securely onto concrete bunkers, retaining walls, or structural bulkheads, this panel optimizes terminal space while keeping vital connections protected from weather, sea spray, and mechanical impact.

Safety-Interlocked Receptacles

Each of the four 32A outlets features a built-in mechanical safety interlock. The internal switch mechanism prevents the plug from being inserted or withdrawn while the circuit is energized, eliminating accidental arc flash risks. Receptacle actuators can be padlocked in the OFF position to support terminal lockout/tagout (LOTO) safety protocols.

Dedicated Circuit Breaker Overcurrent Protection

Behind a gasketed, drip-shielded access door, each outlet is wired to its own dedicated UL 489 listed thermal-magnetic circuit breaker (32A trip, 10kAIC at 480VAC). Individual branch protection ensures that an isolated fault on one reefer container does not interrupt power to neighboring units.

Heavy-Duty 304 Stainless Steel Construction

Constructed from 14-gauge seam-welded 304 stainless steel and finished with a durable, UV-resistant grey powder coat, the enclosure meets NEMA 4X and IP66 standards. It resists corrosion from salt spray, industrial washdowns, and extreme ambient temperature swings from -25°C to +40°C.
